We are taking a dynamic approach to risk assessing our activities in line with current government guidelines and we will continue to do all we can to service the needs of our customers. We will continue to monitor government advice and will put further measures in place as required.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is and will remain our primary concern during this pandemic. We have put in place all the precautionary measures advised by government. We are also making full use of technology as a substitute for face to face interactions. We are happy to facilitate virtual meetings with any of our suppliers or customers. In this digital age much can be achieved by remote – just ask us, we will be happy to help!
Communication during this unprecedented situation will be key. We will continue to keep our customers and suppliers updated of our position via email and updates posted on our website.
We are currently putting measures in place that will enable us to ensure business continuity should government directives impose business premises closure or mandatory self-isolation. These measures will enable us to continue with business as usual remotely in the event that we need to close our office. We envisage no disruption to services, although if you call the office number you may be asked to leave us a voicemail, which will be picked up by one of our team once received. The team will remain contactable via web enquiry, email and mobile telephone during office hours.
