Whether you’re just starting out in the Health and Safety profession, or if you’re looking to progress your career, working towards accredited qualifications is an important step.
An accredited health and safety qualification not only helps progress your individual career, but also helps build your business’ reputation as an organisation that is credible and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
And for those looking to get ‘onto the ladder’ for work, a sound platform from which to build on can be provided by the new Ways to Work course delivered by COSAC. Comprising of 4 key steps, the course is aimed to prepare the individual for the CSCS green card qualification assessment after a 5 day period.
All candidates, learned, passed and were employed in a 1 week period!
8 enthusiastic, hard working guys signed up for the Ways to Work course, run by H&S professionals at COSAC
Starting out on a level 1 Health & Safety in a construction environment course, they then moved on to learn about Asbestos Awareness, Level 2 Safe Driving at Work, Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work, all of which added up to give them a CSCS Green Card accreditation.
In 1 week, all of the team worked hard, learned together and sat a CSCS Green Card test, which has given them their passport into employment.
We are delighted to report that all of the team moved into employment directly. For more information on the courses offered by COSAC, and ways to help you into employment please visit the website
